Yes, because the supreme irony here is that uh stock prices have tended to do better under democrat prison.
It's just that the democrats are a bit embarrassed by it rather than proud about it, if you see what I mean.
But yes, the stock price stock market's one metric of success and you know, whatever, but but it isn't the same thing as economic uh well being for the country as a whole, put it that way.

You know, so she's um inheriting an economy from Joe Biden where sort of state run capitalism has become more of a popular idea.
Um so he's kept in place the tariff high.
that Trump put in, you know, that's I think disappointing.
But on top of that, he's really fueled, you know
almost like Chinese like investment in in the state sector of semiconductors and electric uh vehicles and and these other big subsidies given to, you know, frankly, often quite inefficient companies to to produce in the United States.
Um and of course the corollary of that is he's blown the deficit apart.
So rather than healing the deficit in this recovery, we've ended with a structural deficit
deficit of around six or seven percent of GDP.
Th no, there's there's definitely some aspect to that.

in terms of short term stimulus.
