And again, it's coming back to like if you go to your bank, if you've been a Dolomites kid when you were young and then you only go to Commonwealth Bank and you're self-employed or maybe your financials are a bit more complex and Commonwealth Bank says, no, we're not going to offer you that loan, your next step is to go to a mortgage broker and actually look at the rest of the market and determine what does the market dictate, I can borrow or not borrow.
And that is really the best way forward.

If they thought they were the lower income earner, then that must be a significant income.
