We obviously wanted to go into bat for this client to say, Hey, like

We don't think it's reasonable you should try and take this client's house off them.

They're they're making payments and they're making away.

Um second surgery in, still not able to.

Now the good news is that there is an own occupation TPD.

So if this client really can never go back to being an osteo, then we've got that backup plan.

And that was a part of our letter to the bank, is we've got a TPD policy.

if she can't ever go back to work, she's got that safety net.

So your mortgage is going to be cleared.

And so, you know, in terms of what's been claimed, it's four thousand nine hundred a month is paid.
