They have 50% of the reserves, 90% of the production of the high-powered magnets that come from air or earth.

And it basically made no sense for any other country to try to penetrate into that sector simply because economically it didn't make sense.

But in a fragmented world, which is why I asked to when you asked me the question, I asked to go back and do that circle in a fragmented world.

The discussion about building data centers and LATAM actually becomes interesting again.

About 15 years ago, we were discussing with the Brazilian government, the Brazilian government's first attempt at building a national data center policy.

And remember, this was like in the era of Snowden.

This was in the era of privacy regulations like popping up here and there everywhere.

GDPR wasn't even approved yet.

it was in discussion we still had the e-directive 95 um at that time um so we were discussing those things and and the bias of the policy in brazil back then was to do data localization which if you ask any any uh cross-border data specialist this is something that makes them irk right like no we can't have this um so of course that policy didn't didn't go anywhere um

And part of the reason was, of course, companies, the investors didn't want data localization.

But of course, if I recall correctly, a figure, I was discussing this with a specialist like two weeks ago, running a data center in Brazil, this was 15 years ago or so, cost on average 60% more than the cheapest data center you could run in the United States.

And this is accounting for the fact that Brazil had cheaper energy and cheaper labor.

And even so, it was 60% more expensive.

But now, the question is not simply economically.

Does that fit the bill?

It's also about...

Am I politically interested in making this industry happen for whatever national security or national interest or economic interest that you want to make available, right?

So we are likely going to see, as my second prediction, we are likely going to see a bigger rollout of data centers

I think the first thing we need to separate the sovereignty is speech.

And that sovereignty of speech is everywhere.
