Understanding and knowing that the consultant still has to be managed by staff.

And so it's not like consultant, you hire them and they're just out there doing their own thing.

There's so much to do.

And these small area plans take a long time per plan.

I don't remember how many villages we have, but it's going to be a lot for staff to try to get all of this done.

And so a discussion about a consultant maybe is not the worst discussion to have at this point.
