There have been changes in this proposal, many of them in response to citizen comment, although my understanding is our citizens are not supportive of the application, but it might be beneficial to them to see the seven slides.

My name is Marshall Brown with the Department of Planning and Zoning, and I am presenting tonight on behalf of Tess Lynch, the project manager who is off this week.
As of July 14th, staff has received 12 comments on the county's project web page.
Nine are in opposition, voice in concern with the presence of a warehouse near residential property, traffic, trucks, lighting, safety of children in the neighborhood, and the number of parking spaces, and three comments for additional information and voice in concern.
These comments are attached to the staff report.
No new comments have been received on this platform since publication of the staff report.
And to clarify, no comments have been received on Lola.
The applicant has held two public meetings, one in July 2025 and one in April 2026.
