One of the concerns that I think we haven't addressed tonight yet comes from one of the residents who was actually two of the residents who were concerned that their access, the access between phase one of the residential component of Tuscarora Crossing, which is the folks who live along Natchez and the other streets there,
and phase two, which has not yet been built, but we believe the site plan is in the works.
There was concern that these two parts of the same community would be cut off by this project.
And I know you are providing for access across county property to those.
Could you talk a little bit about that issue?
Absolutely, so I went to this slide that shows where the new parking spaces are for the trailhead, but this also shows in yellow the existing sidewalk along Natchez Drive.
There's an existing shared use path that actually crosses over Crosstow Boulevard, actually bridges over the trail, or there's also another trail that has been built and it goes down towards the Domingo D Trail, so someone could walk across the campus either that way or follow Crosstow Boulevard across to phase two.
And to what extent will any of this access be ADA compliant?
So everything shown on the screen in yellow and also the red for the connection for those parking spaces is all ADA compliant.

I have never loved the location here.
I don't think that's a surprise to you guys, but I was a little taken aback by the size of the parking lot.
It's over 400 spaces.
