And for every sort of New Year's, birthdays, Christmas, Halloween, everyone was out on the street.

And that's something that sort of died away as we started to get a bit older.

So to sort of bring it back to that sort of basis of everyone out there.

And that was for me.

That was to send me off, just to wish me well.

That really sticks with me.

So to have that support from families and friends from Ireland, where I live, and for a country that I'm representing, that I woke up in Cape Verde, it really does give me that lift and the same motivation to perform.
