But, yeah, ultimately, it's a long-term deal.
And we're taking a long-term view.
Yeah, absolutely.
We know, I mean, the team is, for me, in my opinion, and I say that having only recently arrived, so I'm not taking too much pride in that personally, but the team has achieved some great things recently in terms of improving and the last few years have been impressive.
We obviously want to do better, but we also want to retain what's good about the team now.
And that's something we need to take a little bit care of because every time you do something differently, you think about what you might gain.
You also need to think about what you might lose.
So this is perhaps why we're not...
I think we're pushing hard, but we're not necessarily rushing in every potential avenue the partnership could open because we need to make sure we do it right, we use our resources well, which has been, I think, a big positive of the team in the last few years.
So, yeah, the potential is enormous.
It's long-term.
We are talking about a lot of areas where we could do things together
But we're considering them carefully, all of them.
Yeah, I think, you know, as a team in isolation, let's say as a team, we're thinking about how we should grow.
Again, as I say, returning the qualities, but maybe breaking some aspects of the way we've been working so far.
And systematically, we're looking at whether the partnership with TH can help us in these various areas.
Yeah, new ventures, let's say.
But it's certainly an exciting time to be part of a team here with this partnership.
