If Carolina loses game two, they're in big trouble.

Big trouble.

Yeah.

The assist that he has on the Deneau goal is a world-class play because it's Deneau winning the faceoff, and then he outlegs a Carolina Hurricane player up the boards.

That's a big-time play.

And not a lot of guys can make that play because the guy gets a stick on him.

He out-strengths him and he makes a great pass and obviously Deneau scores.

But the plus four is what stands out to me.

Chris talked about the end zone coverage.

He couldn't be more correct.

It was so much better and it was stabilized because Matheson was a lot better and Carey was tons better compared to what they were earlier in the Buffalo series.

So a lot of credit to those guys and to the entire team.

Yeah, it was a great pass by Slavkoski, but it's an awesome forecheck play by Suzuki, and Caulfield does go to the scoring area.

You also can talk about Kofiel off the post just before the Robinson goal in the second period.

If he scores there, it's 5-1 and the game is over in the second period.

He hits the post, the puck comes the other way, and then Robinson with a beautiful short side shot.

But no, the first goal for Montreal is beautiful because it's team play.

It's exactly what you want to see from that top line.

Really good.

They were, but you got to give Phil Deneau some credit, too.
