You're making it impossible to win. So it always comes down to, you can talk about basketball philosophy. All it really came down to, what was the best thing for my team in a given year? And that's how guys would vote.

But I think when you have a group that's been together for a while, and obviously they've got to be good on top of that, they handle the different situations you're going to come across in a tournament so much better.

The NCAA tournament is very much more like the playoffs in the NBA than the regular season. The thing about the NBA that they're able to do so much better is the consistency. I don't even know the number now I should. There's 70 or 80 top officials in the league. It's really, really closely monitored. I mean, every call they make is screwed. Not too much, to be honest with you.
