I'm really pleased to hear that they've got a print centre in Australia, because occasionally I do get an Australian customer, so I'm delighted that they are going to receive their books in a timely fashion, as opposed to six or seven business months after... They've had one for a while now, a good year or two, I think.

Like, yeah, I mean, for reasons that we will not delve into, price increases were pretty much inevitable.

To be honest, it's not a double-digit increase.

Like I've got, I'm trying to get a pair of car keys and they're trying to charge me £720 for them to get a spare set of keys cut.

I'm like, no, you're crazy.

I mean, it was the whole key fob and the, you know.

Yeah.

Even so, it's, it's not, it's not that much.

It's like, yeah, it's just price gouging at that point.

You know, taking advantage.

Yeah, well, you're more and more knowledgeable people in the industry, I would say, at this point.
