But I had a particularly bad bout.

I mean, I've,

So you were gateboats over... Yeah, yeah, every so often.

And it might be years without them.

And then sometimes they would come.

Most of them were totally manageable, but I had two that were life-threatening.

And, yeah, and I wasn't...

handling the last one I had at all very well.

And I do remember having this very clear thought one day that I wouldn't see the end of the day.

And there wasn't violence.

I just remember thinking, I don't think I'll see the end of the day.

And I sat down,

I woke up that day and looked at my phone and on my phone, it was half four in the morning and there was already a message from Stephanie saying, you know, no time is too early, no time is too late.

If you need me, call me.

And I called Stephanie and ended up in her house.

And it was a pivotal moment because that's when I decided I can't stay like this.

I have to do something.

And I was so resistant about going to hospital because as soon as somebody knows this,

You know, it'll be terrible.

I'll never recover from it.
