Isn't that where the hard work just kicks in and you're like, who the fuck am I?

Isn't that funny when you when so many people say that, you know, through a lot of the hardships that we go through down the track, you're actually you're you're grateful for them because yes, they're so painful and they're horrendous at the time, but man, do they teach us so much?

They teach us to actually dig deep, dig deep, and stop ignoring all the stuff that you've been pushing away.

And also it um it just strengthens you and it shows you a new sense of resilience and

you realize actually how how powerful you are that you you never realized you could actually go through this stuff and survive.

I'm sure you didn't think that right at the time of all of this happening though.

People just were really young.

And you just kind of you just you just crack on into it.

Sometimes you just have to though.

Like I've I feel like I've had a few of those moments this week.

I'm sleep deprived with um my one year old at the moment.

I've got a three year old as well, and she's just not sleeping.

And like honestly, sleep de deprivation is is torture and when you're trying to function and do a full time job and keep the house running and everything and there are just days you're like

Hard but then afterwards I'm like, Oh, I feel better actually.

You know what?

It's okay.

And I think you really have to have those moments where you feel rock bottom.

Uh, what's a lab I think I've always been pretty um open with my emotions.

I don't feel like I've o i uh I've never really felt like I've had to keep it I mean, I do try and keep it together to a to a degree, but I've always also been very transparent with my emotion and I don't know if that's how I was brought up or that's just how I've always inherently been, but I've never really
