So it's all about slowing it down and like you can talk the talk, but it's actually quite good to do this every week because even though I know all of this stuff, it can be really h easy to just slip out of that.

You know the things you meant to do.

And it is about savouring those daily moments that

seemingly uh mundane, but they are everything.

That is literally life.

And if you don't take those moments and appreciate it, then life just runs away from you.
