I used to be like, Well I'm gonna be sad soon and something's gonna happen to bring me back down and it basically goes back to like when I was w at my happiness when I first moved to London, everything was going for me. podcast-host

I was twenty and I just came out of Cork and I was like, this is going, everything's gonna change and then my dad died tonight to go home and it was the most depressing year of my life. podcast-host

And it kind of that that was kind of I went on this like roller coaster of being like happy, really sad, happy, really sad and my life I and then I be was drinking loads, so I was going up and down more. podcast-host

Whereas like now I I try and curate my life where yeah, I do have like huge bursts of happiness and I do get ri I do get sad, that's just natural. podcast-host

But like my goal is to be on this like media median line of like contentment. podcast-host

And that's where I find peace and that's where I that's where I kinda wanna live. podcast-host
