And I was like, oh, no, I've had food.

Yeah, no, I'm all fine.
And then she shot off.
So I've got, they're quite good.
They look after us, you know.
I'll say, okay, you go into the training and they go, these are the sort of situations you're going to deal with.
And then these are like something that you might have to cope with.
And these are the sort of mental health incidents that other officers are dealt with and what you can deal with.
And then my first sort of couple of weeks, three weeks when I went in, I went to a call and
a gentleman had set fire to his bed because he was, you know, worried that the bed was talking to him.
And you sort of sit there when you're going in there going, I really don't know what to say.
Um, so then you luckily would go a senior officer, an officer knows talk about, and he goes, right.
And you sort of, you see officers who speak to them and then you realise to certain people you need to speak with a certain tone and other tones you need to speak with another tone.
So it's really learning from the senior, more senior people.
Yeah, and then you have a senior officer and you sort of watch them and you've got, I've had some brilliant senior officers and you look at them and you're just there like, that's it, I'm going to, they're nailing it and they're,
that you know someone i want to sort of model myself on and how they and how they respond to that situation and response is just full of these officers you know that work really hard and they go to all these incidents with my team at the moment we won't go to as many mental health you know we won't go to as much about that our day set up about what might be over an email you know an email might set up our day you know but for response officers they've got they just go and they're there and they'll go
