So quite a remarkable change. The people who knew Lori one year after meeting Chad, four people are dead.

So in a nutshell, unless you got some questions for me, these men are give out, they're burnt out. This has been going on for hours. When you were at my office earlier this morning, this was going on. And it's finally come to a closure. And we thank you all for being up here to cover this. And again, I thank the men behind me for bringing this scum off the streets today.
Well, it's hot. The dog teams didn't give up. And he didn't give up. He kept running and kept running. At one point, we come to a place in there where he got down in a mud hole and tried to cover himself in mud. You see? And all he's doing is trying to throw the sin of the dog off is all he's trying to do. Avoid capture. But it didn't work. And we got it.

Yes, it is. I had a father come to my apartment here to check on his daughter. We just came in the apartment. I think she's dead. And what makes you think that, or is she moving? No, she isn't. We came into the apartment, her dad went over to her and he goes, oh my God, she's cold and there's blood. That's what her father said. I didn't touch her, but I see there's blood on the blankets.
At that point, I did review the video, and there was a couple of things that we saw on that video. We saw Eliana talking to a younger age kid, approximately her age, high school age kid, that piqued our interest, but she was having some further conversation with him.
And then there was also another adult male that was seen on that video who was seen exiting the bus, and Eliana did exit the bus that piqued our interest as well.
He had gotten off the bus following Aliana's same path Aliana was going where she was crossing East 93rd Street to the other side. And that male in that video appeared to reach out and say something to her in the crosswalk that kind of piqued our interest. It was an older adult male. They had no conversation with her whatsoever on the bus.
But reached out and appeared to have said something to her in that crosswalk.
So what do you do next? At that point, I started to check vacant lots in the area of 93rd and Kinsman. Also on the path of Kinsman to Union, which would be the school area.
At that point, after seeing that video there, and you can tell that the video of the RTA bus ends after the bus keeps moving along Kensington and past East 93rd, I responded to the Shell gas station, which is right on that corner where that bus passes. I went inside there to check to see what kind of video was available there and they too only had interior video.
So I did watch a little bit of the video. There was nothing on the video that indicated we had gotten into the store.
And kind of scared if she's not breathing. She may have taken some pills. Okay, what is your address?
A uniformed officer from the Laredo PD was first on the scene, and his body cam captured his encounter with Joel as he entered the house. Hello?
