You do not see any statues or carvings in these caves, which kind of really makes you wonder why they built these structures.
Now, if you look at the mainstream archaeological account, the mainstream archaeological account is like these were built as rain shelters to protect people from the rain.

So if you find the inscriptions on these things, in my opinion, these inscriptions were added later because it makes no sense.
