I think all those things can be true because I think, as we discussed before, is that those goals are not in contradiction with one another.
And sometimes the narratives that we see deployed or the narratives that we see leaked to the press are strategic to appease certain factions or to massage things away.
I think that's particularly true with Trump, for whom, on one hand,
he doesn't really know that much.
And as a corollary, sometimes he doesn't need to because once he's throwing so many things at the wall, as long as some of the justifications accomplish what he wants to accomplish, which is, you know, expanding America's influence in the Middle East, whether it be by the US's own accord and control or by virtue of Israel, either way, that's a happy outcome for him, especially when half his family is either invested in war making or in the Israeli government's expansion itself.
And so...
I find that what we know to be clear is that whether it's Israel pulling the US in or the US pulling Israel in or both of them working in tandem, the outcomes are the same, which is that the US is funding and has funded Israel's increasing escalating violence in the Middle East that has made the Middle East as unsafe as it has been for so long, no less for the victims of Israel's unaccountable violence.
The US has unconditionally funded that.
And the U.S.
stands to benefit from that regardless, even when it seems like Israel pushes the Biden administration or the Trump administration beyond what it purports to be its tolerated levels of violence.
So for instance, this just two days ago, we saw the familiar reporting we've seen from the past two and a half years of Donald Trump is frustrated with Israel's, you know,
uh intense bombing in iran it's like well if if the us is so frustrated as julian has said this is the most powerful country and perhaps in the history of the planet they could do something about their frustration that has been the case um with the past two and a half years of with regards to israel's genocide of palestine um so i think that's one thing that's important to note that whether it's the partial pull the outcomes are the same

I think what's been interesting for this administration that in some ways Nick Fuentes was getting at is the sense that ever since the administration took office, they benefited for a moment from what the Republican Party has always benefited from, which is the idea that they always have at least one crutch issue that either by virtue of sociopolitical dynamics or by virtue of the media's failings,
there's always one issue that they can just for no better reason other than vibe say is their issue.
So often that's immigration or border security in an amorphous way.
That's Republican issue or, or if not that the economy.
And, and,
The problem with the fact that the Trump administration cannot explain in any clear way why they're doing this war is that all the noise will be fine if they had at least one or two things they could rely on, which has been the case before.
