And that's why, you know, like making sure that we are a healthcare company with the clinical rigor right.
For example, the 39 FDA clearances, the 250 plus peer reviewed studies.
And on the other side, we are a consumer tech company that understands engagement and habit formation.
So when you bring all of this together, including the human backed services, the human expert services, I think it goes beyond the storing the data and getting the AI to get better.
I think that is such a critical aspect of what we do, but it is basically, in my mind, step one.
Providing the entire continuum is where we want to, you know, continue to win the patient's trust and also the clinician's trust, to be honest.
Yeah, I think there are investments basically across the line of everything you said, right?
So the good part of learning customer obsession in big tech is you never leave it there.
You kind of imbibe it and then you live with it for the rest of your life.
And I think the advantage I have is I brought it to a mission where the stakes are measured and life saved.
which is just nothing but, you know, just the grace of God to have this job, to be honest.
So in healthcare, the user experience is, as I mentioned, too often an afterthought.
And what we have done is built a company that continues to listen and act.
So starting with the customer where, you know, they have access to the hardware and obviously the AI determinations to things like, you know, my heart is, you know, feeling palpitations, but the device is telling me or the AI is telling me that I should be feeling normal.
Can I send this to a cardiologist for an overview, overread?
That's the first service we actually built.
And we've gone through millions of overheats right now just in the United States.
And we are expanding that, as you can imagine, to other parts of the world.
And then the next thing is, how do I get access to an actual cardiologist to have a conversation about my heart health?
And then on the AI side is we're not retaining subscribers just by storing the data, right?
