And the other two projects were at two three oh three Giannera Street, which were the eight townhomes, and four two four four four four four nine Cheney Street, which were the nine townhomes, very near to each other.
Um the planning commission recommended approval of both of those as did the city council.

But the um city clerk's office and the city manager is changing the process for how we do work plans.
Um so if you didn't get a chance to read the email, um they no longer gonna do the dinners, but they're gonna do a yearly um
uh gathering with the city council and all the boards and commissions where they'll do recognition and presentations.
Um so the work plan that we have worked on will be sent to the city council uh or to the city clerk's office and they will put it um with the other commission and board work plans at a council meeting in September all as one group of plans.
