And last parting thoughts is, you know, uh anyone and everyone that's listening, um, whenever you're looking for a job, definitely keep an open mind, you know, keep an

open mind about the location that you want to go to, I always tell the students that I'm speaking with or even experienced doctors, you know, the the best opportunities are the ones that are away from the big cities.

And when I say away, just like 45 minutes to an hour away, if you can go from, let's just say, a Boston, Massachusetts to like

A Worcester, Massachusetts, which is about an hour outside of Boston.

Um, there will be a massive, massive difference in your patient base.

And then ultimately that will affect your your earning potential, just because there's it's less, less saturated and lots of opportunities for these doctors, whether you're a brand new grad or an experienced doctor.

So I will I always continue to say that and I will continue, continue, continue to say that.

That, you know, the more that you have an open mind, the better it is.

And as I mentioned earlier, you know, we really, you know, want to hire doctors that have the growth mindset.

And I'm pretty sure it's not just a 42 North thing.

I'm pretty sure it's even a private practice owner or be it another DSO.

You know, we really want people that are going to come on board that are going to be really good team players.

You know, we trust that the

the that the the dentistry is good and that the and it and the dentistry will get there.

Your your your clinical ability and skill will always will always improve over time.

But you know the biggest thing is the soft skills is something that we can't change.

So we're really looking for people that

have a good personality that we can become a good team player and really do well within the organization.

And ultimately that will affect our culture.
