So this is an important point that you raise really, where there's this bi-directional relation between diet and sleep.
So if you're not sleeping well, we and others have shown that you tend to eat more throughout the day and the choices that you make tend to be towards unhealthful foods.

So I think the key word is snack.
So snacks usually we consider as providing 100 to 150 calories.
So that would be maybe a small yogurt, a piece of fruit, a bit of whole grain cereal with milk, something that's light, that's easy to digestible, that won't be too rich.
So not too high in fat, for example.
Another thing that we need to consider is what sleep problem does the person have, right?
What sleep problem does the population have that you're studying?
So that's also relevant.
Something else that I want to add is that foods are not just a collection of calories and nutrients.
They contain so many other things that are not necessarily measured or contribute to what we know as health, right?
So it's not just the magnesium content or the zinc or the B vitamin content of this food, but there's many, many
