Adrian is the author of many books of poetry, including, most recently, The Easy New and Selected Poems, which was published by W.

Norton in twenty twenty six.

He also serves as the editor of poetry magazine.

In this conversation we discuss how a bilingual upbringing, improvisation, DJing and a lockdown spent listening to David Bowie influenced Adrian's poems.

Our discussion also ventures into patriarchal violence, international conflict, and the subject of autobiography.
