And as he's falling, his arm appears to strike against a ICE officer as he's falling down.

And now they're charging him with felony assault.

So, you know, the violence is coming from the people with, you know, was that all saying that if you want to see who's coming for violence,

Look at the ones that are prepared for violence.

And those are the ones with the helmets and the masks and the batons and the AR-15 rifles and the helicopters in the sky and the snipers on the roof.

We're sitting out here with plush toys and signs saying that ICE are fascist and somehow that's more dangerous.

It's nonsensical.

We are exercising our constitutionally protected First Amendment right.

And we will continue to do so as long as we possibly can.

And that's why I encourage folks to get out there and exercise these rights.

But make no mistake, the violence is one way.

It's coming from this ICE organization.

I mean, again, it's going to depend upon an attorney general, either on the state or federal level.

And this is actually what have been one of my... Not Merrick Garland.

Yeah, not Merrick Garland, certainly not Pam Bondi, but I think even on a state level.

And this has been one of my questions to mayors and governors across the country.

You know, I give credit to Gavin Newsom for passing legislation in California banning masks by ICE agents, which is a great step forward.

But I think we need to go further.

Last week, DHS put out a statement that 10 people coordinated an attack with 10 cars and attacked a DHS or ICE agent.
