Quinton North

Quinton North has worked at the Volkswagen plant in Chattanooga for nine years.

He says the contract makes for a fairer workplace.

The contract comes with a 20% pay bump over the next four years.

By then, production workers like North will be making about $39.50 an hour, which he says is a good increase.

North's hoping the contract will be enough to inspire other Southern workers to consider unionizing.
