Actually, one person said something to me about emotion and about crying because I did cry whenever I felt like crying.
You know, I made sure to do it because somebody said to me that it's called emotion because it has to move through you.
And so that really helped me because I didn't want to be crying all the time.
But whenever I felt like crying, I really had a beautiful experience crying because I was like, oh, I'm so I'm being so good.
Letting these tears like run through me, letting my body feel all the things that I have to feel instead of instead of pushing it down.
It felt very I felt very clear to me that that was a good thing to do.
And actually and that you see, the problem is when you're crying, when you're in that state,
You think, oh, God, I can't let myself do that because I'll never stop.
That's what it feels like.
But see, it does, because once you let it through your body, it comes to a natural end and it might come back again, but it's not going to be forever.
And that's what's amazing.
And I really saw that very quickly.
The two things side by side, this real dark stuff.
And then something would make me laugh or like, you know, I have very funny friends and they text me something or I'd be cracking laughing and I would think, oh, that's amazing.
How amazing are we as human beings that we can kind of have this funny thing going on, but this really scary thing.
I remember my friend Paul Howard came and there was a sofa there at the time.
We sat down and, you know, we both cried.
But then like within five minutes, we were both like cracking up.
Well, he's, you know, the funniest person in Ireland.
