You know, while I'm trying to

figure out, you know, am I gonna do insurance?

Cause I still hadn't figured that out yet.

Am I gonna do insurance?

Am I gonna stay private pay?

You know, what kind of clientele is in my area?

I was still learning all that.

So I really wanted to have that supplemental income coming in while researching that.

So now I take more insurance.

What I did was I went on the mom's Facebook page in my area and you're not really supposed to advertise.

So I went in and asked, okay, I am starting a small private practice for speech therapy and I am looking at using insurance.

And so I'd like to know what insurances are the most prevalent in our area.

So I got a nice list and like blue cross was a big one.

And Cigna

So what I did was take those top three or four and I got credentialed with them.

I didn't jump into Medicaid right away.

I'm still working on becoming credentialed with them.

I wanted to just kind of dip my toes in insurance.

And I also for TRICARE for sure, just because I am a veteran myself, I wanted to be able to see those veteran families too.
