Like for me, you're right.
Cohen's credibility is obviously the soft spot that I would exploit if I was a defense attorney, but here's where the rubber hits the road on Cohen.
He gave him double the money on the payback so that he wouldn't pay taxes on the original 150, right?
So like, it's just, he's just so screwed when he get down into the details of those receipts and those paybacks and the, and the system that they devised to recover the money for Cohen.
What they should take away from this trial is that, you know, we have a man who's got 91 indictments.
We're about to go through the 34 first of those 91.
And if we get convictions on some or all of those, we're going to be talking about a convicted felon who is going to be the Republican Party standard bearer, who is going to be competitive for the presidency because we live in a country that isn't just popular vote.
It's electoral college determinant.
And so he's basically at 50-50 chance of returning to the White House, where he intends to use the power of the presidency to evade criminal prosecution on the other 62 charges, right?
So we're really in this unchartered territory.
It's a five-alarm fire.
