Yeah, and then you go buy something later.
Like, it doesn't have to be a home ownership conversation either, right?
So you guys want to look at the totality of your life and say, hey, what are our priorities?
What income will be coming in that meets those priorities?
And then how do we live a life out of that?
That's kind of the backwards way of thinking about it.
Are you thinking like a 15 versus a 30?
I wonder if they're getting desperate in Florida.
