But yeah, it's going to be, yeah, I mean, if he brings in $3,000 April, right, and it's a $1,700 mortgage payment, it's not a lot left.

Yeah, and your housing situation, April, I mean, even if you guys sold and rented somewhere for three years, that's okay.
Yeah, and then you go buy something later.
Like, it doesn't have to be a home ownership conversation either, right?
So you guys want to look at the totality of your life and say, hey, what are our priorities?
What income will be coming in that meets those priorities?
And then how do we live a life out of that?
That's kind of the backwards way of thinking about it.
Are you thinking like a 15 versus a 30?
