Yeah.
To like learning all the finance stuff I could and building a portfolio and calculating my net worth and like tracking all my expenses and like all the stuff that you're meant to do, I started to do.
Yeah, it was great.
It's like a core tenant of therapy is that 80% of everything is feelings, not facts.
Like food, you know, people don't eat because they have calculated their calories and the exact number of B vitamins.
Like we're not logical.
We just want to eat cake because we had a bad day at work.
So most things are feeling based and money is exactly the same.
We have a lot of stories about money, what we believe, what we think we can have, what was modeled for us, what we saw our parents do, what our peers think is cool.
And all of that makes a really big difference to how we behave with money.
Nobody's logical with money, even the people who reckon they are.
I think that they're not.
Even the market.
Yeah, the market's crazy.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I think what I love about exploring the money psychology work that we've done is I just feel really clear about it.
I don't feel complicated or weird.
I just feel like, well, that's money.
I understand it.
I know what to do.
