There used to be kids everywhere.
People are leaving all kinds of cities.
So they're leaving expensive cities.
They are leaving pretty cheap cities like Albuquerque or Milwaukee.
There are a lot of, or a number of cities at least, where families are effectively being replaced by affluent people without children or whose kids are grown up.
And in that situation, it's not really that bad, at least for now, for the city's finances, essentially.
