How do I ask for flexibility, whether that's remote work, flexible hours?

What's your take on that as a hiring manager?
I mean, obviously it depends on the company.
Michael, I know Jamie Dimon has strong feelings on this.
He said, you know, remote work doesn't work for people who want to hustle.
He's spoken with pleasure about canceling all his Zooms.
What's your advice for someone who really wants a job with a company that has an office-centric culture, but also needs some flexibility?
I mean, should you just not even try, not even raise your hand, or is there a way to make this work kind of a way to approach that, you know, in the interview process?
