And when I turned my head back again, there was about 20 high-vises in my hallway.

And I knew.

I knew straight away.

I knew what they were there for.

And I could feel the life draining for me.

So they identified themselves as the Gardaí Síochána.

And it was worth mentioning as well, up until this ripe age of 31, I had never, ever, ever, ever so much as given my name to a Gardaí.

I'd never been in trouble, ever.

I actually think I had one tax fine previous to this.

And yeah, they came to do a drug raid on my house.

Because I thought I was invincible, you know?

Like that I was never in trouble with the guards before.

Why would the guards be looking my direction?

I had ran up a huge debt.

And I was given what I thought was a very simple way out of it.

On a Thursday, I was given a bag and told it would be collected on the Sunday.

This was Saturday evening.

So the guards took the bag and me with the bag.

I went up to Mayfield Guard Station and that was my first night I spent in a cell.
