It's really hard.
And it's painful and it's uncomfortable and it's embarrassing.

And you know if you really did it.
Right.
And did you really make amends?
Like there are people we have really truly hurt with our words, with our actions.
And it usually not always, but there are often times that it's people that we really love, people who we're in contact with all the time.
And so we have we almost are preying on their love, the pre-existent love there to be able to say, I'm really sorry if I hurt you.
And we might really mean it, but we haven't had the real talk.
