And I think the more interesting programs that I've sat in on for people who use violence are ones in which they're able to connect not just the emotional constellation that's happening, but the ones where they can actually notice their physical body, what they look like, how intimidating they look.

No, that's absolutely the key.

I think that's where the addiction parallel is relevant.
That's how you react.
And they have to see the benefit in their own lives.
They have to say, oh, my life is better when my children aren't scared of me.
My life is better when my wife is happy and not cowering, for example.
And the people who are able to see that are the people who are actually able to change.
But isn't that hard to see because aren't most of them narcissists?
Yes.
There is no end date.
Unlike war, natural disaster, any kind of criminal act, there's no end date for domestic violence.
