Um so I feel like it's interesting because it uh from what I've learned from AC user.

Those are all personal choices that you can make and preferences that you could have.

And so it's interesting to think about, and also from kind of the therapist angle, because we have a lot of speech therapists listening to this podcast, like how do we support those preferences?

How do we help AAC users come to make those decisions?

And I think that's an important part of the process.

I think it's also I I experienced this maybe like a month or two ago, um, when I was working with a client and um this is a younger student, but you know

uh this student we were working on some type of share for um their class.

So like what the prompt was like m the best thing I did over the weekend or something like that.

And, you know, d having that

The student formulate their response and then saving that response so that it could be quickly accessed.

Um, that's something that, you know, we can help our students start understanding.

And I think so often, especially for younger children, we're kind of taking their device and we're like, okay, like let me just input this message so that they can participate.
