Um, again, it goes along with the coaching, but it helps communication partners really anchor into exactly what they're supposed to do.

Because part of the challenge is, you know, if I'm modeling and I don't see immediate success, which unfortunately we know that that's not exactly how it works with modeling all the time, right?

We don't always see immediate success when we start doing something with our students.

Um, but oftentimes we'll we'll lose momentum and then all of a sudden communication partners aren't bought in because they haven't seen that success.

And so if we can get really clear, finding a motivating routine, finding a

word or phrase and helping our students be successful with that and also coaching communication partners in that, then all of a sudden we have a strong foundation to kind of launch into expanding into another word or phrase, another routine.

And that's how we can start to kind of incrementally see success.

Um, I also created a file where I put in one-page sheets about the basics of modeling, the do's and don'ts of modeling, and some other one-page handouts from the AAC coach.

Um, and the staff found that very helpful.

Um, yeah, I think any way that we can streamline some of the learning and make it asynchronous.

Can be really useful for communication partners, especially if they're new to AAC.

And I think also to add to that, having a place to go where they know that they can find resources.

And so having it really streamlined can be really helpful.
