One is this is not good if you have AI models that are, you know, breaching the containment you set for them and then going off and doing things and hacking essentially, like accidentally hacking into another company's servers like that.

argue essentially what it was tasked with doing it was told to solve a series of problems um related to um an evaluation process called exploit gym and the model took these steps it just wasn't the steps that the researchers were expecting it to take or perhaps might have wanted it to take

Yeah, so this transaction, um, according to our reporting, is um set to proceed uh thirty days after
uh s the IPO.
So what that doesn't mean that it will close necessarily right then.
Sometimes there's uh regul regulatory looking into that happens and that could take up to a few months, but it is set to go ahead or expected I should say to go ahead um around that time.
And the other thing that we found
uh that was interesting is that this ten billion dollar fee, we knew in the past from past reporting that it was essentially a breakup fee if the transaction didn't happen.
But um we also found that it's going to be in all cash.
It's not going to be in credits, uh for compute or something like that.
