And that was actually the supplement that Shannon was working for.
They were both actually working as promoters, but Shonan was the outgoing one.

That was one of the reasons she was so active on social media was she was promoting this and she was actually away on a Thrive trip, returned from that trip the night that Chris then murdered the family.
So this supplement, you know, both of them used, and that was, you know, a big part of his kind of physical transformation, but also, you know, was a very big part of their lives in those sort of years leading up to the murders.
And then in terms of his romantic relationships, what we know is that in the weeks leading up to the murders, he began an affair with a co-worker, Nicole Kessinger.
They both claimed that that affair only began in July.
The murders were obviously in the August.
So we're looking at around, you know, less than two months long.
And she claims that he told her that, you know, he
was separated, that they wasn't together.
There's a lot of discrepancies as to how long that affair was going on.
And how do we know that Nicole and Chris met?
So they were both working for Anadarco Petroleum.
And, you know, both of them say that the relationship started only around, you know, a couple of months before the murders.
And that's something that, you know, people have a lot of questions about, particularly because of obviously what we know now.

Um, but they both say, you know, that affair began and really sort of amped up and it was very intense.
