Do you see a lot of confidence coming through the girls as well?

They have role models like yourself playing and managing as well.

Is it important to have women on the sideline as well as just male coaches?

Yeah, you mentioned that you're taking a lot of the parts of the program into your own match day as well.

Was there a specific date of the program that maybe surprised you that you weren't expecting to learn?

Well, it looks like it's just going to go from strength to strength for Kiltolla Pioneers.

Are you excited for the future?

So gents, I might just kick off by asking you to introduce yourselves and tell me your role in the club.

We've had a great evening out here so far.

We've been hearing from a lot of the coaches who took part in the In Her Boots programme, but it's a hive of activity up here, isn't it?

And as a club, how important was it for you to be involved in the Inner Boots campaign?

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Yeah, we've heard a lot about the over-35s team that was playing in the final last year and how a lot of the mothers were able to come onto the pitch bringing their kids on and be role models for them.

Is it important for yourselves here in the club to have a lot of the underage girls coming up and playing and just create that community around here of both girls and boys playing football?

And we've heard from the female coaches so far and they said that the programme was really helpful to get them talking to the underage girls about different aspects.

But for yourselves as well, being males involved in the club, do you think it just opens up an avenue of communication that maybe wasn't there before?

Yeah, and not just from a female point of view, but when you've got coaches like that taking an initiative in the club, it lifts everybody up, doesn't it?

It's great to see coaches taking their own initiative.

It fills you with a lot of hope.

Does it put the lads' coaches under pressure now to do something else as well?
