That's a win for the historic preservation nonprofit that sued the administration back in December, after it demolished the east wing of the White House to build a four hundred million dollar ballroom.
The ruling halts further above ground construction, but does not take effect for two weeks to give the Trump administration time to appeal the decision to the Supreme Court.
