Uh this is Arizona Water Company and Mountain Pass, which is number ten.

Um so this is in regards and and staff or the company could weigh in on this, this is in regards to the charges and fees that Mountain Pass is gonna pay Arizona Water to make them hold for termination of the water service.
So Mountain Pass hasn't been in for a rate case since two thousand.
It's been it's been twenty six years.
Since they've been in for a rate case and uh they are going to be like increasing their costs in this program.
So how are the monies by Mountain Pass going to be recovered by them?
Are they planning to come in for a rate case soon?
