Until you're so tired that it's like a lot of the bad feelings and stuff you have, you have some clarity and you can kind of figure it out.
That's one thing that I think would be a good way to develop more men is to encourage them into doing difficult things.
And difficult hard work and specifically physical things because I think your body has a certain amount.
of requirements in order to maintain like a stable level of anxiety and mental health.
I think it's a giant factor.
I know it's a giant factor because when I take a few days off, if there's something wrong, if I get hurt or something like that, I start getting batty.
I'm like, oh, this is like most people most of the time.
Like that's a terrible way to live your life.
Andrew knows if I'm out of sorts like that, he's like, you haven't been to the gym.
We just moved across the country, and there's so much that goes into doing that, especially when he has a business and everything and there's kids.
And so it was like the longest I've taken off ever, I want to say.
Even with kids and surgeries, I didn't have to take off that long.
And we finally got the home gym put in, and he's like, oh, you're normal again.
You're mentally balanced again.
It's great for women, too.
