Uh that pieces felt really challenging.
So
Um, and I I can see it from both sides.
One of the other things I'd say about these sort of debriefings is the importance of like hard conversations between our trusted colleagues.
Like where someone's really digging in and I'll just give an example with Josh.
Like Josh and I have a great relationship, but
You know, I I'm like describing this and he's like, Why are you saying that?
Are you worried about resource of allocation?
And to be honest, I I'm not really worried about crisis standards of care.
But but he's really kind of pushing me to say, These are the reasons why I think this is the best course of action and
and really defend myself and I actually really appreciate that.
And it and in the moment it can feel incredibly hard to be pushed that hard, you know, but actually it what it it sort of allows you to sleep at night, you know, and say, Okay, yeah, that was really good.
I talked it through.

And and and even with that I still you know, I still have these kind of nagging I have
Patience where it's just so hard.
You know, I had a patient on Easter who
was in the in the hospital and his wife was they both had covet and one was dying at home, they couldn't be there this at with each other, you know, and
You know, that feeling sort of like there's not
