And they also have the time.
To take their due diligence on properties.
They've got time to negotiate.
First home buyers are emotional and they like, they like time where when everything was hot, they were getting, you know, overwhelmed and not being able to actually get to the point of exchange.
But the other winner in the market is the upsizer.
So the upsize if you're buying and selling in the same market, that's okay.
If you're taking a hit on your
sale price, that's okay as long as what you're buying has also taken the same hit or greater.
And I've seen people move from the, you know, the eight, nine hundred mark
