And you've made something of yourself.

You've made something of your career.

And everyone's going to want to know some of the magic sauce behind the leadership.

So what would you say, looking back, are one or two key skills that you developed along the way throughout your career that have helped you to become who you are today?

Yeah, that's awesome.

And it's clear that you do operate that way.

And I just want to double down on it a little bit for our audience, because people are always asking, like, how do I become like Richini?

Or how do I become like some of these other chiefs that they see?

And it takes vulnerability.

And a lot of times we don't think about it because it might be natural to us.
