If you wanted to be a member of the single market,
There is no going around being subject to the judgments of the European Court of Justice.
If you cannot agree to that because of your own politics, you will not become a member of the single market.
How do you read the politics of it?
You're better judges of that.
But I feel that this fundamental issue has not been properly digested.
Customs union is much easier.
The single market has its rules, you know.
